By accessing or using the UPSChub mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use UPSChub, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

When creating an account with UPSChub:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with the operation of the App or other users' enjoyment of the App
• Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on UPSChub, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Images
• Software

are the property of UPSChub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to UPSChub immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UPSChub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
